5.1. Insert a Personal Address

  • Activate the "Addresses" tab and insert a new row.
  • Summon the Field Entry dialog for the blank row.
  • Enter your "First" and "Last Name."
  • Enter your "Street," "City," "State," and "Zip."
  • Activate "OK" to dismiss the Field Entry dialog.
  • Right click on your name and select "View as Text."
  • See your address as it should appear on an envelope by activating "All Caps."
  • Finally, dismiss the text display by pressing the Esc key.
