3.3.1. Add a New Field to Each Card
Problem: There is no way to rank the basic 3x5 cards according to preference.
- Select "File/Add Remove Fields."
- Activate "Add."
- Select "String" and activate "OK."
- Type Rank in "Name" and activate "OK."
- Activate "OK" to dismiss the Add and Remove Fields dialog.
- Activate "AltaVista" by double clicking on it.
- Type 1 in "Rank" and activate "OK."
- Select "File/Choose Display Columns."
- Select Rank and activate "Select."
- Activate "OK" to dismiss the Choose Display Columns dialog.
"Rank" now appears as the first column in each row.
